ปี 2567 มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏรำไพพรรณีได้ร่วมมือกับหน่วยงานท้องถิ่น ภูมิภาค ชาติ และระดับนานาชาติเพื่อส่งเสริมความมั่นคงทางน้ำอย่างยั่งยืน ดังนี้

ระดับนานาชาติ
มหาวิทยาลัยได้ลงนามความร่วมมือกับมหาวิทยาลัยในอาเซียนจำนวน 26 แห่ง ในโครงการฟื้นฟูปะการังและจัดการพื้นที่ชุ่มน้ำลุ่มน้ำโขง เพื่อร่วมศึกษา วิจัย และอนุรักษ์ดิน น้ำ ความหลากหลายทางชีวภาพ รวมถึงการเฝ้าระวังสัตว์ต่างถิ่น และศึกษาวิถีชีวิตของชุมชนในพื้นที่ลุ่มน้ำ

ระดับชาติ
มหาวิทยาลัยร่วมกับชุมชนเขาสำเภาคว่ำ จังหวัดจันทบุรี ดำเนินโครงการ “บ้านนี้มีรัก(ษ์) พิทักษ์ปูทะเล” (การจัดการระบบน้ำในชุมชน เพื่อการเพาะฟักปูทะเล) เพื่อเสริมสร้างความมั่นคงทางน้ำ โดยถ่ายทอดองค์ความรู้เรื่องการกักเก็บน้ำทะเลในฤดูแล้ง การบำบัดด้วยคลอรีน และการวัดคุณภาพน้ำ เช่น ค่า pH และค่าความเค็ม เพื่อให้สามารถจัดการน้ำได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพนอกจากนี้ยังมีการต่อยอดขยายผลสู่เครือข่ายชุมชนชายฝั่ง 17 จังหวัดทั่วประเทศเพื่อแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้สร้างความร่วมมือและความมั่นคงทางทรัพยากรน้ำและชายฝั่ง

ระดับท้องถิ่น
มหาวิทยาลัยร่วมมือกับหน่วยงานภาครัฐและสถานประกอบการท้องถิ่น ในประเด็นเรื่องการสอบตรวจคุณภาพน้ำ นับเป็นความร่วมมือเพื่อเสริมสร้างความมั่นคงทางน้ำอย่างยั่งยืนในระดับชุมชน

In 2024, Rambhai Barni Rajabhat University collaborated with local, regional, national, and international agencies to promote sustainable water security as follows:

International Level
The university signed memoranda of understanding with 26 ASEAN universities for projects on coral reef restoration and wetland management in the Mekong River Basin. These initiatives aim to study, research, and conserve soil, water, biodiversity, monitor invasive species, and understand local community livelihoods within the river basin.

National Level
The university partnered with the Khao Sam Phrao Kwam community in Chanthaburi Province to implement the “Ban Nee Mee Rak (Protect the Sea Crabs)” Project, focused on community water system management for sea crab hatchery operations. Knowledge was transferred on seawater storage during the dry season, chlorine treatment, and water quality assessment (pH and salinity measurements) to enable efficient water management. The project was also expanded to a network of coastal communities across 17 provinces, fostering knowledge exchange, collaboration, and sustainable water and coastal resource security.

Local Level
The university collaborated with government agencies and local enterprises to conduct water quality monitoring, strengthening sustainable water security at the community level.
