ในปี 2567 มหาวิทยาลัยได้สร้างโอกาสทางการศึกษาให้ชุมชนท้องถิ่นเรียนรู้เกี่ยวกับการบริหารจัดการน้ำที่ดี ผ่านกิจกรรมดังนี้

1.จัดทำโครงการบริหารจัดการน้ำด้วยฝายชะลอน้ำเพื่อคนในชุมชนชากตะไคร้ - เนินโพธิ์ โดยนักศึกษาและคนในชุมชมร่วมมือกันจัดทำฝาย เพื่อสร้างโอกาสทางการเรียนรู้ส่งเสริมให้ชุมชนมีจิตสำนึก รู้จักการอนุรักษ์น้ำและบริหารจัดการน้ำผ่านการทำฝายกักเก็บน้ำสำหรับทำการเกษตรในช่วงฤดูแล้ง

2. จัดทำ “โครงการบ้านนี้มีรัก(ษ์) พิทักษ์ปูทะเล” (การจัดการระบบน้ำในชุมชน เพื่อการเพาะฟักปูทะเล) โดยถ่ายทอดองค์ความรู้ด้านการจัดการน้ำทะเล เช่น การกักเก็บน้ำไว้ใช้ในฤดูแล้ง การบำบัดน้ำด้วยคลอรีน และการใช้เครื่องมือวัดค่า pH และค่าความเค็ม เพื่อให้ชุมชนสามารถนำไปประยุกต์ใช้ในการเพาะเลี้ยงสัตว์น้ำ(ปูทะเล)ได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพภายใต้โครงการยังจัดกิจกรรม “ค่ายเยาวชนจากภูผาสู่มหานที” ให้แก่นักเรียน 100 คน และจัดกิจกรรมเรียนรู้ด้านทรัพยากรน้ำแก่จิตอาสาและผู้สนใจ 500 คน เพื่อส่งเสริมจิตสำนึกด้านการอนุรักษ์น้ำและชายฝั่งอย่างยั่งยืน

3. คณะวิทยาศาสตร์และเทคโนโลยีจัดอบรมการตรวจสอบคุณภาพน้ำ ณ เทศบาลตำบลทับช้าง จังหวัดจันทบุรี เพื่อพัฒนาทักษะการจัดการแหล่งน้ำแก่ชุมชนในพื้นที่

In 2024, Rambhai Barni Rajabhat University created opportunities for the local community to learn effective water management practices through the following initiatives:

1. Dam Water Management Project for the Chak Thakrai–Noen Pho Community: University students and community members collaborated to construct check dams, providing a learning platform to raise awareness about water conservation. The project enabled the community to manage and store water for agricultural use during the dry season, promoting sustainable water management practices.

2. “Ban Nee Mee Rak (Protect the Sea Crabs) Project: This initiative focused on community water system management for sea crab hatchery operations. Knowledge was transferred regarding seawater management, including water storage for dry seasons, chlorine treatment, and the use of pH and salinity measurement tools, allowing the community to apply these methods for efficient aquaculture practices. The project also organized the “From Mountains to the Ocean Youth Camp” for 100 students, and provided water resource learning activities for 500 volunteers and interested participants, fostering a sustainable awareness of water and coastal resource conservation.

3. The Faculty of Science conducted water quality monitoring training at Thap Chang Municipality, Chanthaburi Province, aimed at enhancing community skills in water resource management.
